Returns Policy

Please Read Returns Policy.

If you are not satisfied with your sunglasses we offer a no quibble returns policy, you may return them to us within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. We deduct the “Postage” cost stated on your receipt to cover the costs we have incurred in sending your order.

We can only process your refund when the goods have been physically returned to us. We will process your return/refund within 7 days of us receiving your returned goods and will email you to inform you. Refunds can only be credited to the card that was used for the original purchase.

To comply with a refund, any returned clip-ons and cases must be in their original condition. cannot be held responsible for returned items lost or damaged whilst in transit, so you may prefer to send them by Royal Mail Signed For delivery, which provides you with compensation in case of loss or damage.

If you are returning the clip-ons because they were faulty on arrival, please inform us by email or telephone within 7 days of receipt where we will replace them for you. When returning the faulty goods, please include a copy of the original invoice and a description of the fault.

Please note that will not accept responsibility for any damage to clip on sunglasses or cases or to the wearer’s prescription glasses if this occurs as a result of improper use or care.
