Returns and Refunds

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your clip-on sunglasses must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items Include:
Personalized clip-ons.
Gift cards.
Items purchased as part of a clearance sale.
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your returned clip-on sunglasses are received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced clip-on sunglasses may be refunded. Items purchased on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace clip-on sunglasses if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange them for the same item, please email us at info@clip-on-sunglasses.co.uk​.

Shipping Returns
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
