Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with the fit. If the clip-on does not suit your frames, you can return it.

14 days from delivery
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to return it. That covers change of mind and fit.

To return an item it should be:

• unused
• in the same condition as when it arrived
• in the original packaging where possible
• sent with your order number or proof of purchase

How to start a return
Email info@clip-on-sunglasses.co.uk or WhatsApp 07910 693819 with your order number and reason. We will confirm the return and the address to send it to.

Who pays postage

• Change of mind or fit: you pay the return postage.
• Faulty, damaged or sent in error: we cover the return and refund in full, including the original delivery charge.

Refunds
Once we receive the item and check it, we refund the original payment method. Please allow a few working days after we confirm we have it.

Sale and outlet items
Sale items can still be returned within 14 days if unused, unless the product page clearly says “final sale / no returns”.

Items we cannot take back

• Personalised or made-to-order clip-ons
• Gift cards
• Items that have been worn, scratched or damaged after delivery (unless they arrived that way)

Faulty items
If a product is defective or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as you can. We will replace it or refund it. You do not lose your legal rights.
